The Mont Ste-Marie Property Owners Association (MSMPOA) is a not-for-profit association comprised of the property owners of the community whose mission is to work together for the betterment of the community. That is our mission statement.

Our Association is committed to accurate and timely information as it relates to us as property owners.

This includes:

• • Communications with all levels of government in regard to the current state of the derelict hotel
  • Communications on concerns regarding the summer traffic at MSM
  • Update on new developments, e.g. at the tennis courts by Mr. Hemky Van Gerwen

The MSMPOA was established March 28, 2015 at their first general meeting held in the cafeteria of the ski lodge. Prior to that, a steering committee was formed to help create the Association. A list of property owners was assembled and emails were sent out advising them of the process and a number of property owners responded to show their interest in joining the Association.

One of the goals of the Association is to create a conduit of information for its membership. This will allow the community to stay informed as to local happenings and mobilize as needed in response to community issues and development. The Association will pass on to its membership confirmed information in an effort to keep everyone abreast of the latest information.
